Absolutely horrific

Absolutely horrific. I spoke with Yvonne on the phone and she was condescending, rude, mocked me for asking questions, etc. I cannot say enough bad things. Even FedEx told me I was dealing with a terrible company. Please stay away. Yvonne, get a new job.

Believe the bad reviews

Believe the bad reviews, this company is hands down the worst. My bet by reading these reviews is that they will be bought out soon. They shipped me a child’s jacket by mistake. I called to let them know and she said she didn’t think they sold children’s clothing um, have you even looked at your own online site? She told me to take pictures and send. For reference the jacket was 18 inches in length. I sent the jacket with measuring tape to show and I got a response saying they would have to send this email to a higher up because they didn’t know. Three weeks later no response, I packed up both jackets sent them back. I hope I will get my refund at some point. What a shame because I do like their products. I will buy them from a third-party vendor going forward.

Great products, unreliable company

I don't normally take time to write reviews, but I feel I need to warn others. DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR SITE, if you like their jackets (which I do!) buy from a place like Zappos or Nordstrom where customer service is more reliable. I placed an order on June 25th and it shipped the next day (during COVID, so very impressive), however when I received my order it was two incorrect items. I then had to call customer service and re-explain the situation THREE TIMES over the span of 2 weeks before they could actually send me a return label successfully (even though they confirmed they had the correct email address and it was not in my spam folder).

I sent the incorrect items back and they have now been sitting at the warehouse since July 17th (almost 5 weeks) with no movement. I checked back with customer service twice and was told to expect a refund by August 6th. It is now August 18th and I was given the runaround again when I called today, however this time I asked to speak with a supervisor who issued the credit right away. Customer service/the supervisor were very nice, but I don't know what's going on a the warehouse. Buy this brand elsewhere.

I ordered a Blank NYC jacket online and later received an email (with no apology) saying that my order was canceled because the item was out of stock. A week later, I go back onto the website and the item is still available to buy....I called customer service and explained and politely explained the situation, the woman said that the inventory is behind the website and couldn't tell me what was or wasn't in stock. She also didn't apologize and completely ignored me when I said that I was bummed that the company was falsely advertising the sale of an item that isn't available to buy. I'm going to order a jacket from another company.

0 Star products, customer service and shipping

There's a reason this store has horrible reviews. 1 of my items came defective and I had to jump through hoops to get it returned with a free shipping label. They also didn't trust me that it was defective until I sent 2 rounds of photos. Come on! If you like their items, go buy them at Nordstrom, Nordstrom.com or legitimately any other retailer that has 1) better customer service 2) free shipping without ridiculous minimums (BlankNYC has a $175 min spend for free shipping. Really??) and 3) will honor returns without you having to file for an RMA and pay your own return shipping. This was my first and last time shopping at their site directly. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I did NOT receive a pair of jeans that…

I did NOT receive a pair of jeans that I ordered. I paid for 2nd day shipping and they do not give you return shipping labels - what a joke in 2019, what other company is doing this? Almost none.

So I'm out $100 for the jeans, $20 for shipping, when I did not even receive my whole order AND I'll have to pay at least $20 to ship back this ultra-heavy jacket which looks like it's been worn for a year then shipped to me. RIP-OFF!!!!

I am not sorry you hate your pathetic life and job so much, but the company YOU ONLY WORK (you are not Dennis Salemi) should not have to pay for you lack of professionalism, nor should they have to pay for your shortcomings. Why are you such an arrogant, cocky, b!tch? Do your parents not accept you for who you are? Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Stole money from me: item wasn’t shipped to me and they blamed me and two weeks later have not given me my money back and won’t return my calls. I will never order from there again.
